UFG CANCELLATION POLICY: Full tuition refunds are made if the program cancels a class. If a student wants to withdraw, the student must notify the UFG Program Director by Email, Fax, or Certified mail. A full tuition refund (less a 10% processing charge) is made if a student withdraws from the class before the first class session commences. If a student withdraws after the first class session commences, no refund is made, but a full credit will be given for the participant’s original tuition payment if the same course is retaken within 12 months. |
